Noront give FWR a huge whack of shares to JV property.
Now I doubt this is going to happen BUT it would get a lot of shares into FWR's hands that could be voted for Noront Management and to help block the attempted takeover of Noront Board of Directors.
If only FWR had a lot more drill cores on hand proving up extent of Chromite and it's composition such a situation might be more likely.
