It just shows that markets behave irrationally, in the short term, some times. That's why it is always good to keep some liquidity to buy when it goes down further than you anticipated.
Whether it is because of late assay returns or because of short term manipulation keep some fire power to buy when it dips beyond believe and sell slowly while going up. I believe that's the way to maximize your profits.
