regarding your response to this question...
Would it not make sense to, as a minimum, examine posting history for members who have a high number of ignores?
If a poster has say 20 ignores, would that not be a pretty good indication that the poster is likely not the "high quality" member that Agoracom prides itself in?
As it sits right now, someone could have a low "star" rating, many people ignoring them, almost no thumbs up on their postings yet through sheer volume of low (or no) quality posts they raise to a ranking of President??
Agoracom really is a great site but I believe the present ranking system is somewhat flawed as it is weighted very heavily towards quantity rather than quality of posts.
