CEIEC purchase order

  If CEIEC never orders from EYII and the last PR june 19th is void, would EYII be open for a class action lawsuit from the shareholders?

  Seems to me that we are being mislead.  And the June 19th PR should not have been announced if they knew there is a chance that Code blue could not be registered.

  registration should have come first, then the purchase order.
