I'm am confused by today's EYI press release. Shareholders have been waiting since September 2005 for Code Blue to be registered by the Chinese government. Also, if I remember correctly, the first order was supposed to have been forthcoming in October 2005. Neither the registration nor the initial order has ever been completed. Now we get a press release saying that EYI has received the initial order, but that the order and payment won't be effected until registration has been completed. Unless I misread the PR, registration has not been completed. Therefore, there is no order and there is no payment from CEIEC to EYI. What in heaven's name is going on here? If the Chinese government hasn't registered and approved Code Blue, why did EYI put out this press release? Also, the order that isn't an order is only for filters. What about the pitcher units? This all seems very, very peculiar to me. Please help! Thank you very much.
