WOOOAAAH! A press release? Selling off a part of the buisness. Guess they're concerntrating on the core of the business which makes a lot more sense. The proceeds from this transaction will significantly strengthen our balance sheet and will allow the Company to focus on growing the blow-out prevention (BOP) part of the business.
