VANCOUVER, April 14 /CNW Telbec/ - Creston Moly Corp. ("Creston" or the "Company") (TSX-V: CMS) is pleased to announce that at the Company's annual meeting held onApril 10, 2008, Jonathan George, John McCleery, Kim Phillips and Wayne Johnstone were re-elected to the board of directors, receiving near unanimous support from the approximately 52 million votes cast at the meeting. The shareholders also voted to adopt the Company's Shareholder Rights Plan and Stock Option Plan.
