Georgia Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GVI)(FRANKFURT:G4Y) ("Georgia" or the "Company") announces the formation of an Advisory Board to provide senior level guidance and consultation to management as the company advances the Creston Molybdenum Deposit in Sonora, Mexico. Georgia is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Anthony Harvey to the Advisory Board.

Mr. Harvey has over 40 years of consulting experience on numerous mining projects internationally with capital costs ranging up to or exceeding $400 million. Thirty of these years were with Wright Engineers Ltd.-Fluor Daniels in various management positions, including Senior Project Manager involved in the design and construction of 14 mines world wide on behalf of major mining corporations.

Mr. Jonathan George, President of Georgia, stated, "Our Advisory Board will play an active role in developing and executing our corporate strategy. Mr. Harvey has first hand experience with a wide range of technical, commercial, corporate and associated public company activities with considerable interface around the world with governments, financial institutions and the media.
