Hi all,

Yup yup, a nice cold one reading down the paper work! lol

Well, for what their worth, here are my first thoughts: ( after a couple of nice cold ones mind you....)

We are faced with a 0.90$ fair value for a stock trading at 0.35$... not a bad investment at cuurent prices... They did not apply any p/e ration because they do not see any p in the p/e... The average p/e for their market is 22.4

I think the 200000 stock options may be a reasonable and good way to motivate the team in acheaving and increasing fair value asap.

I think the opinion that was shared with us is conservative and leaves way  for :
