RICHMOND, British Columbia, Sept. 27, 2007 -- CON-SPACE Communications Ltd. ("CON-SPACE") (TSX-V:CCB) (con-space.com) announced today that Search Systems, Inc. (SSI), their wholly owned subsidiary, is in process of relocating to its new premises.
"We are really excited about our new premises," said Mike Thirlwell, President of CON-SPACE, adding, "this is a new state of the art building that is set up for speed and efficiency of manufacturing. When we acquired Search Systems last spring we knew we would have to relocate fairly quickly and although it has been disruptive to our assembly process it will all be behind us by this time next week."
The new facility is located in Bakersfield, CA, not far from the previous location. The new space is larger and better equipped to handle our increasing business and order levels. The current SSI backlog exceeds $1.2 million.
CON-SPACE purchased Search Systems effective April 1, 2007.
