Wow! I thought CCB was going to sit idly by in my RRSP but we just hit the turbocharge button. What I really like about this deal is that it isn't that dilutive and even after the PP we'll still have less than 15M shares outstanding.

What is even better is the $2.5M in profit the new company is going to generate which should be about 6 cents/share if I'm right about the 15M shares outstadning. Multiply that by 15-20 and we should be trading at .90 - 1.20 right off the bat and then grow from there.

Anybody see it any differently?
