bad debt expense trends

With Carbiz involved in the subprime car financing market, the key question I think is what percentage of their clients default? I'm curious as to what their bad debt expense is and if there have been any trends good or bad over the last year? Agoracom, if you can find that out that would be appreciated. thanks,
