The company's official response to your question is as follows:
Consideration to move to the AMEX is certainly an item that will receive some discussion at the board level this year-end. (January 31) As a result of the business transactions this year, the company may be in a position that allows it to realistically consider that option.
The first quarter results (Feb – Apr) and how the market responds to those results, will play a major role in this consideration. Certainly a move to the AMEX would be a positive step for the company.
We expect that the company will include any comments that it has in this regard to this matter at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders in June. Thank you for the question and for your interest in CarBiz.
