why I think the stock price went down recently

I think this is the reason for the recent downtown in the stock price: see the press release titled: CarBiz Inc. Enters Into $1,000,000 Convertible Debenture Financing. I think this is where the selling pressure came from. I think Carbiz has an excellent model and once this selling pressure makes its way through, the stock will move in the right direction I think these guys have a licence to print money and shareholders will be rewarded. If anything, now might be an even better time to buy since its undervalued. enjoy the ride.
