i agree the PPS is reflective of what is currently happening at CSP and not on the turmoil in SA. The PPS is down for the following reasons:
1. the junior resource market as a whole is in the gutter right now
2. CSP is not drilling right now, hence no results to be optimistic about
3. CSP need money and until we can secure a couple of mil the PPS will hover at these prices
Having said this, I believe CSP is a great company and will take the necessary steps to raise capital and further explore their exciting properties. This is a definite low right now and a great buying or averaged down opportunity.
