As predicted on the AGORACOM Blog, it appears we are now moving into capitulation phase and a great opportunity to buy good small-caps that have been thrown out with the bathwater.

On June 17th you replied to Mr Thunder about his question on the tether patent saying you would forward his question to BSM. The question he posed had three possible answers. The patent was approved, it was rejected or it is pending. Why would you not have called BSM and posted their answer as a reply?
I am seriously starting to question the role that you play in IR for BSM as well as the future of BSM itself.
The question for you is what is the status of the patent application on the tether. Please do not defere your answer.
