NEWS - BSM Announces Debt Settlement with Former Employees of BSM'S Subsidiary, Netistix

Woodbridge, Ontario CANADA, January 18, 2008 - BSM Technologies Inc. (GPS - TSX Venture), (BSM) (http://www.bsmtechnologies.com) a leading provider of high security vehicle tracking and surveillance solutions today announced that is has agreed to settle the debts of  10 former employees (the "Former Employees") of BSM's recently acquired wholly owned subsidiary, Netistix Technologies Corporation (the "Debt Settlement"), for shares of BSM.

The Debt Settlement comprises the issuance of 3,652,070 BSM common shares, valued at $0.13 per share, as settlement of the Former Employees' cumulative debt of $474,769.23 for outstanding wages and expenses.

The Debt Settlement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
