CORPORATE UPDATE: 2008 Exploration Program

Dear Brigadier Investors,

Management is pleased to provide an update regarding the exploration program recently announced on its Larder Lake Project located in Ontario's prolific Kirkland Lake-Larder Lake gold camp.

Mr. Herb Kokotow, President and CEO of Brigadier Gold Corp. stated the following:

We are pleased with the current progress of the 2008 exploration program. To date, drill hole # 2 has been completed and drill hole # 3 is now under way off the barge near M-Island. The drill core is being split and sent for assay to the lab.
