Brigadier Gold Limited Announces Grant of Stock Options
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 24, 2009) - Brigadier Gold Limited (TSX VENTURE:BRG) announced today that it granted an aggregate of 2,668,000 stock options at an exercise price of $0.10 per share, 2,068,000 of such options were granted to directors and officers of the Company.
The 2,668,000 options have a term of 5 years and have vesting restrictions. There are currently 7,510,000 shares reserved for issuance under the Company stock option plan.
Brigadier Gold Limited trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol BRG and has 41,295,268 common shares outstanding.
