In response to: Re: QUESTIONS by AGORACOM

Dear shareholders,

The following answers have been provided by management:

  1. Drilling has stopped for a short period to allow the roads to dry out and the maintenance crews are currently upgrading the roads. Both drills were left on the Property and will start drilling as soon as circumstances permit;
  2. The Company plans to drill on all targets both sides of the pipeline during the summer and is currently busy with drill pad preparation; The geological staff is still in the field office and continue to review data and prepare for the summer drill program. Geo technical staff will commence regular work as soon as drilling starts.
  3. Support staff has on a temporary basis been scaled down as all of the core have been logged, split and send to the lab for assays.
  4. It is not possible to speculate any tonnage at this time;
  5. As both drills are on the Property, the start-up will be very quick and the maintenance of access roads is progressing well; All permits are in place for an active drill progam.
  6. Assays from the Quartz Breccia and Alaskite zones will be announced by news release as soon as it is received and processed by the Company; and
  7. Drilling continues on the Company’s Opikeigan gold property in Ontario with seven holes completed and results is expected to be released in the next few weeks.

Regards,
