QUESTIONS

Posted by: janny1 on May 12, 2008 12:27PM

Good day,

I have noticed recently that our questions directed to management through your site are not being answered or not being sent.

As agoracom praises itself on "unsurpassed management access to conduct the best due diligence possible", we expect our questions to be answered in a timely manner.

If management cannot be contacted for any reason please let us know the reasons why so investors dont feel like they are wasting their time.

Below are 4 questions that have been awaiting responses for the last month.

Please forward these questions and conduct a followup if required so due diligence can be achieved.

Thank you, JAN

(1)IF THERE IS A PARTICULAR REASON WHY YOU ARE NOT DRILLING ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE PIPELINE , SOUTH WEST ?

(4)i'm wondering what's going on. No answers have been submitted to the last three questions directed to management. Is management ignoring those questions from shareholders or just not getting them?
