Bard Ventures has previously advised that Canaccord is not a registered shareholder of the company and do not know how many shares the clients own. Canaccord is not an agent for Bard.
Bard can not hold out for higher prices as any shareholder that bought shares in the company can sell whenever they want. The company does not benefit in any of these transactions.
Once a placement is closed and shares are issued to the new shareholders, the company receives the funds and then the shares are traded by shareholders (after mandatory hold period as per TSX Venture Exchange).
Management is prepared to discuss this matter on a personal basis.
