I agree they certainly can be a nuisance. You're right in the sense that they are notorious for making an early exit. I'm not saying that institutional moves aren't sometimes important indicators but you have to do your own DD here. From all the work that I've done on Bard and their recent drill results really reinforce the fact that we're all in the right place here.
