I think that what you mean by 4 times the # of outstanding

shares is that their are only 5.8 million shares authorized

currently. That is what the otcbb has listed. Now their are approx. 20 million additional shares that are authorized but restricted. These shares should become

unrestricted in the near furture pending sec approval

of SB-2 filing.
