i doubt that we will see any uniform pickup in the junior market anytime soon. The only spikes you will see will be based on stellar press releases.

Most fund managers are not buying securities these days, and in order to make money they short anything and everything instead.

Having said that, I am still bullish and long on DAR as I believe we have the properties to do something special and at the current PPS the risk is minimal.
