means it's still under the radar. Also some people will back off because they don't know about REM's. I don't know what the testing limits are for REM's in the lab, but the mangament probably has an idea, and they say it could be "well over $1000/t," if 1000 is not a conservative estimant then $300/t should be. Have to read these news reports, and listen to these interviews very closely. The speculation is if the managment is overly hyping, or not.
