AGORACOM will be fully responsible for creating, implementing and executing an online investor relations strategy, the details of which will be announced on or about August 15, 2007.

The terms of the agreement are as follows: Duration - 12 months. Monthly Cash Compensation - $CDN $3,000. Stock Options - 250,000 at $0.155. This agreement has been negotiated entirely at arm's length. AGORACOM is located in Toronto, Ontario.
