that’s a win win situation in my opinion. The markets are hurting now and it might be a while until we see a rebound but ASW is in great shape and has enough capital and revenue generating capability to survive these turbulent times with ease.

Buying at today's price is almost like stealing if you're willing to hold for 4 years and not look at your portfolio every other day during the next 6 months.
