VANCOUVER, BC - (February 4, 2008) - Anglo Swiss Resources Inc. (TSX-V: ASW) (OTCBB: ASWRF) (BERLIN: AMO) ("Anglo Swiss") reports the issuance of the following shares through the exercise of warrants and options in the month of January 2008. 

* 450,000 shares for proceeds of $90,000 warrants exercised. 

* 125,000 shares for proceeds of $12,500 options exercised. 

In total Anglo Swiss has issued 575,000 shares for proceeds of $102,500 in January of 2008 by the issuance of warrants and options. 

Anglo Swiss is well financed through fiscal 2008 with funds on hand for extensive exploration of its properties and significant working capital for general and administrative purposes.
