The reverse split would be fine by me.
A few years ago I owned Able Laboratories, a generic pharmaceutical company.
I bought them in the .33 to .41 range and they did a 15/1 reverse split (around $4) in order to achieve a NASDAQ listing.
Eventually Ables price rose to $22+ per share.
However, due to quality control issues with there product and litigation Able ended up going out of business.
