From my notes taken while listening to the Cypress Bioscience past conference call I wrote the following,
"More Phase II work was needed to satisfy Cypress Bioscience".
I vaguely recall something about more data being required by Cypress than had been made available to them.
I have no idea whether this meant the data had been captured and not made available or whether additional testing was needed to generate the data.
However, got the impression that Cypress would not be satisfied without the data and that I am inferring that more time would be needed before moving forward with Phase III.
If you find out specifics please let me know.
