MARKET PRESSURE = BUYING OPPORTUNITIES

As predicted on the AGORACOM Blog, it appears we are now moving into capitulation phase and a great opportunity to buy good small-caps that have been thrown out with the bathwater.

I'm a little confused about the private placement but it may be a stockholder from an earlier PP dumping his stock. I'm not sure about it relating to capital requirements on the TSX. Regarding Michael Lee's buying, I believe the TSX requirements to begin listing prohibit him from owning too much of the company. Thus, we would wait for him to buy until after the TSX listing begins. Also, I don't understand if Lee is planning to buy some/all of the private placement. I didn't realize that there were additional capitalization requirements for the TSX. But if he can't buy because of TSX percentage requirements and the company needs additional capital for the listing, it's either a Catch 22 or somebody else is buying.....
