I don't know if 10 cents a share is good news. I do know that they are doing this PP to meet the capital requirement for the TSX exchange. They should have enough cash on hand after the PP to last 2-3 years at the current burn rate.

Hopefully we will get some significant news soon....no one seems to give a crap about this stock right now.
