Clearly, there is some dilution here. However, the good news is that the company in large investors mind is worth at least 10 cents a share. Likely, the company is worth alot more and they just got a great deal.

I wonder what happened to Mr. Lee's investment he was going to make at 15 cents a share for 6 million shares?

Agrocom can you provide more details as to Mr. Lee's planned investment at 15 cents a share?
