While, if they were trying to raise money to advance IndaFlex then they have just done that. It appears to me that there are the $37.5 million payment is related to Proprius' two early-stage clinical therapeutic candidates, one for pain and one for rheumatoid arthritis!

Are both of these canidates related to IndaFlex? If they are, I am sure Proprius is looking for Cypress to continue to develop and market IndaFlex, this should be good for AlphaRx!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
