Anyone know how strong AlphaRX's patents are? Lots of people use nanoparticles. I know there are people at the university where I work delivering drugs with nanoparticles routinely and they have nothing to do with AlphaRX....
I'm just wondering if their delivery platform is truly unique and protected or if other people can do the same thing.
Also, what are the risks here? I have a small position and am thinking of adding more. Everyone seems very positive on the stock. One thing I cannot get a clear read on is cash flow. Are they set for the next year? Will they need to raise money?
