In the last year or so ALRX started to change their business model. What they do now is set up licensing fees for their technology. In the case of Indaflex, Proprius pays for all costs related to bringing it to market. The Milestone payments go to the company as regular revenue. They may choose to use it for other research into products not currently being funded. I don't know what the burn through rate would be but, it should not be an issue. Proprius would make another much larger payment after Phase III. From what you found out that would be in early 2009, I believe it is for over $11 Million. Later when the product enters the market Proprius would pay other milestone payments based on sales.
