Hi Jackfree;

I think I understand. What you are saying is that the stock he would have received from the options could have been sold at anytime, whereas, the stock purchased via a private placement would need to be held for 2-years.

I hope this purchase is from the company as this will provide some funding to the company to execute on it's plans.
