Sorry just to clarify something. I looked it up in April 2006 they raised "$HK 10 million (USD $1,288,826)." This was for research. They do however have the ability to raise another $7 Million US in China through stock sale if they needed for building, marketing, sales, or more research. If they wanted to still control 51% of the China sales then they could still raise $3 Million and see how far that gets them first. This is assuming the same rate of the offering I would guess they make more and try to keep control. Interesting times, I would still like to get an update about the FDA timelines.
