Points:
- One thing of note they mentioned "Orally biavalable" relating to NSAIDs vs their original focus of external delivery.
- They expect in 2008 to have 3 products in various stages of clinical trials. Most of the progress will be in Q3/Q4. However, the main product Indaflex could make progress as early as the next couple of months.
- He does point out that they believe the current price of the stock to be undervalued for a company with 3 possible products moving forward within 12 months.
- He goes on to explain how their delivery technology is superior to the free drug model delivery
- As well he explains that using their nano delivery in inicial mice trials has increased the survival rate 3 times with their Pneumonia product Vansolin vs original.
- Their T.B. drug in their nano version uses 5 times less drugs plus only need 2 injections vs 5 with the original and is still more effective and safe than original version.(note they have recieved a grant from a US Govt agency to continue studies)
- Summary of old info on Indaflex (15Million clinical paymets to come)
- ARX828 iNOS Inhibitor for Inflammation **90% chance of being choosen as canadate for R.A. and I.B.D. This is the product being tested for the TOP 10 PHARMA COMPANY.(estimates $450M payment if phase trials go well)
- ARX838 INOS Inhibitor for Alzheimer's, MS, Huntington's. He just touches on this one to mention it helps deliver more drug to where it is needed in greater qty.
- Q&A is just for people there too bad I would have liked to hear more about the main product. These are the points I took from it he talks about much more. I hope Alpharx does more of these and keeps us updated.
