FDA Registration

One thing I already noticed on the slides is:

Indaflex: "Initiate late stage FDA registration trials in Q1*."

Q1 is right now from Oct-Dec. I don't think they would be that bold to write this knowing there are only 7 weeks to make it happen unless things are moving well.
