I'm wondering because when I try to purchase it for my self-directed RSP account with TD Waterhouse I get the following message:

"This security is not eligible for RSP accounts. Please contact TD Waterhouse for more information.[41346]"

 

I believe that the only reason is because it trades on the OTC BB.   Revenue Canada does NOT recognize that as a proper exchange and Canadians can not own anything trading there unless it also trades somewhere that they DO recognize, such as the Venture exchange.
