I first heard a short period like 6 weeks, then I heard about eight months. You can call that a fairly well-informed rumor. As to announcements, I can only assume that the Company will announce the beginning of phase 3 after the meeting with the FDA which, again, is rumored to be in a few weeks. It's important to remember, and I have frequently forgotten, that Proprius completely controls the Indaflex clinical trial. There has been quite a bit of secrecy from Proprius and, I gather, this has much to do with maintaining confidentiality with respect to the competition. Of course, it hasn't exactly made us shareholders comfortable.

In regard to other products, I believe those will be addressed shortly as Michael Lee will be touring the US talking to investors about both indaflex and the other pre-clinical products.I would think if the potential of the new products is combined with a phase 3 announcement, we could be looking at a real upside to the stock price.

I can't comment on licensing agreements as I simply can't remember other than the US rights to Indaflex through Proprius with milestone payments and a royalty of something like 13% of sales. I realize there are Chinese, Japanese and I believe, Mexican agreements but I don't know the content.
