This seems like good news it is always nice to get rid of dept.  I wonder if this goes against the float.  Also what the restrictions are for these shares.  It is also strange that the price is at .05 or maybe this happened when the price was lower and they just announced it now.  Many questions few answers about the various R+D area that we care about.
