MARKHAM, Ontario, Sept. 5, 2007 -- AlphaRx Inc. (OTCBB:ALRX) today announced the expiration of 48,213,805 common stock purchase warrants. These warrants were issued in conjunction with a September 2004 private placement.
After expiration of these warrants there are approximately 57,808,112 shares issued and outstanding on a primary basis, and approximately 102,234,774 shares on a fully diluted basis.
