Just to clarify, AlphaRx International Holdings Limited (AIH) is 100% owned by AplhaRx Inc. (ALRX). AIH owns 50% of Alpha AP (AAP). AIH raised $2.5M through a private placement with New Super Limited (NSL). The press release does not involve Alpha AP.

We hope that this clears up any misunderstanding.
