Northwest Airlines Corp. said Tuesday its consolidated traffic rose 1 percent last month, driven by increases in international and regional growth.
April traffic rose to 6.59 billion revenue passenger miles, up from 6.52 billion a year earlier. A revenue passenger mile is an industry measurement accounting for one paying passenger flown one mile.
