Well, it can't be ignored that this is something that AMA and shareholders must deal with. From brief internet searches, it seems that we could be in for a long haul or we can wake up tomorrow and it's something where AMA is completely vindicated. There are things like 'complete owner interests', 'dismissing with prejudice' ( I think those are correct), that one can come across and try and decide if it applies to AMA vs SNA. However,should this thing become history before China officially signs on board and China actually does sign on as stated, expressed, etc...maybe the issue of new contracts becomes a non-issue! Not to say that new contracts would be a bad thing.
Anyway, FWIW I believe this is the latest schedule for the presiding judge.
