I wish I had your clarity of foresight Crisp. I'm always reluctant to use words such as definitely and undoubtedly when it comes to the future fortunes of junior stocks.

I'd have a couple of questions- how can anyone who is not a party to the patent dispute be sure it is a non-issue? I'd have to admit that I certainly don't know. I know what the company ( AMA ) has previously said, and I know what I'd like to think, but I have no specific legal knowledge that would allow me to draw a reasoned conclusion.

When will the Chinese move forward? AMA's been promising those installs since 2005 and they've just got the run-around, will this years expectation be any more fruitful? I must admit I'm seriously starting to wonder.

You suggest future contracts will flow, I'm all for it, but where do you see those contracts coming from, what level of the industry or part of the globe will they come from?

Those are questions, amongst many others, that I as a small player ask myself. And I'm still awaiting AMA's official response to Star's refiled patent lawsuit. Eventually in the best interests of their shareholders they will have to re-acknowledge this ugly elephant in the room.
