Confucius say...

Hedzupp is absolutely correct about the news releases back in 2005. Here is an excerpt from a news release on November 7, 2005

"ADCC currently has orders for 310 aircraft, is in negotiations for another 405 aircraft and looking to extend the program to the general aviation market for another 420 aircraft. Installations will begin in November of 2005 as all approvals have been received from the necessary regulatory bodies in China."

So what exactly happened to all those orders and more importantly, what happened to all the required approvals. Were these approvals really granted or is AMS getting jerked around by the Chinese bureaucracy. Do they have to buy their way up another food chain to make this happen? Or was that Nov 7 release a tad premature?

Also, aside from the infringement lawsuit by Star Navigation, has anyone heard anything about the pending review of AMS's US pattent?
